Vivobarefoot, renowned for its minimalist footwear, is collaborating with fitness coach and author Joe Wicks to host a free community running event on Sunday, 30 March. The Joe Wicks x Vivobarefoot Running Event aims to introduce participants to barefoot-style running and promote natural movement.

The two-hour event will commence at 10:00 AM at the Vivobarefoot Store in Covent Garden, located at 57-59 Neal Street, London, WC2H 9PJ. Runners of all levels are invited to join Joe Wicks and the Vivobarefoot team for a group run through the city. The morning will include a barefoot running warm-up, movement drills, and expert tips on improving running technique. Participants will also have the exclusive opportunity to trial Vivobarefoot's latest innovation—the Primus Flow running shoe.

The Primus Flow is Vivobarefoot's lightest and most flexible running shoe to date, designed to provide an optimal balance between protection and ground feel. Weighing just 150 grams, it encourages natural movement and helps runners develop and refine their technique, improve posture, and build strength.

The event is free and open to all, but spots are limited. Attendees can sign up via the Vivobarefoot Circle platform here.

Vivobarefoot is a leader in minimalist footwear, creating innovative shoes that reconnect people with the natural way of moving. Designed for maximum sensory feedback and foot strength, Vivobarefoot shoes promote healthier movement and a closer connection to nature.
