The 2025 Positive Luxury Awards have announced their winners, spotlighting pioneering women-led businesses that are redefining what it means to be sustainable in the luxury sector. Across beauty, fashion, jewellery, interiors, travel, and premium drinks, these brands were recognised for embedding environmental, social, and governance (ESG) values into the very fabric of their operations—achieving measurable impact and inspiring industry-wide transformation.
Among the distinguished winners, Miller Harris took home Beauty Business of the Year for its creative use of ethically sourced ingredients and sustainable practices. New Zealand’s Untouched World was honoured as Fashion Business of the Year for placing ecological harmony at the centre of its operations. British brand Alex Monroe won Jewellery Business of the Year for its handcrafted, responsibly made pieces rooted in a deep respect for nature.

The Interiors Business of the Year award went to The AZEK Company, commended for revolutionising outdoor living with recycled materials. In the drinks category, Santa Rita Estates in Chile claimed Premium Drinks Business of the Year, recognised for its holistic approach to sustainability at scale. Meanwhile, Marbella Club received Travel Business of the Year for embedding regenerative environmental initiatives across its legendary resort operations.
Crowning the evening was Monica Vinader, named Responsible Luxury Business of the Year. The brand’s commitment to circular design, supply chain transparency, and carbon reduction set a new standard for what responsible luxury looks like today.
The winners were selected by a panel of expert judges from leading sustainability organisations including VF Corp, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Bain & Company, and Six Senses. Their choices reflect a growing demand for authenticity, accountability, and action within the luxury market—values that each of these businesses exemplifies.
