Coach has entered a new phase of its circular design journey through a collaboration with Bank & Vogue, the global textile reuse leader and parent company of Beyond Retro. The limited-edition Coach RePurposed capsule brings renewed focus to craftsmanship, transforming post-consumer denim into distinctive garments that honour both heritage and longevity.
Developed in partnership with Bank & Vogue, the collection draws on reclaimed materials to create pieces that are intentionally individual, embracing the marks and narratives carried within the fabric. Rooted in Coach’s legacy of leatherwork and American design codes, the capsule reflects a growing commitment to responsible design practices and the role of reuse in shaping fashion’s future.

“This Coach collection is our love letter to denim and to American heritage pieces that only get better with time,” said Stuart Vevers, Creative Director at Coach. “Made with post-consumer materials and re-crafted with intention, each piece is truly one of a kind, shaped by the stories it already holds and the ones you’ll add. There’s an honesty in these pieces; lived-in, love-worn, and full of character. Perfectly imperfect in all the ways we value. Guided by our imagination — and our commitment to reducing our impact on the planet.”
The partnership underscores Bank & Vogue’s longstanding role in advancing circular solutions at scale. Co-founder Steven Bethell has spent more than 25 years pioneering post-consumer textile innovation, working across more than 30 countries and helping brands rethink waste as a resource. His work includes developing large-scale remanufacturing infrastructure designed to transform discarded textiles into relevant, desirable products.
Bank & Vogue’s experience spans trading, retail, remanufacturing and recycling, giving the company a unique end-to-end capability to process and digitise thousands of garments each month. This operational depth enables global brands such as Coach to integrate circularity into product creation while maintaining quality and authenticity.

The campaign supporting the launch was photographed by Neil Dawson and features talent Daisy A Collins and Luke Lenski, with grooming by Tia Rivers. The imagery reinforces the lived-in quality of the garments, highlighting texture, individuality and the evolving relationship between wearer and clothing.
By elevating reclaimed denim into premium, design-led pieces, the Coach RePurposed capsule reflects a broader shift within the fashion industry towards circular systems that extend product life and reduce reliance on virgin resources. The collection is now available in Coach stores and online, marking a significant step forward in aligning heritage craftsmanship with contemporary sustainability priorities.
